Описание
Decide Policy Notaries проверяет правила подписочных сервисов в США: можно ли вернуть деньги, что будет при отмене, можно ли отменить покупку и какие условия у пробного периода. Охвачено около сотни сервисов, правила версионированы и опираются на источники. Пригодится покупателям и службам поддержки, которые разбираются со спорными списаниями. Четыре инструмента: оценка права на возврат денег по подписке, проверка условий и штрафов при отмене (сама отмена не выполняется), оценка возможности отменить покупку и разбор условий действующего пробного предложения. Если данных для уверенного ответа не хватает, сервер не даёт положительный вердикт.

cancellation_penalty Check US subscription cancellation terms without executing cancellation. Known vendors include review-only and retired scopes: their presence is not automation support. Adobe requires manual contract review. Typeform requires Basic, direct/self-serve platform scope and returns CANCEL_AT_PERIOD_END, not an immediate cancellation or refund. Missing scope, retired sources or unavailable current evidence return UNKNOWN.
